§ 14-21. Parental responsibility to confine suspended student.

Any student who has been properly suspended from Tanana School shall not be allowed to leave his or her residence without his or her parent or legal guardian during normal school hours for the duration of the student's suspension. It shall be the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that the student remains in the residence while the suspension is in effect.
