§ 22-89. Forms; terms.

The city treasurer or clerk/treasurer is authorized to institute such forms and procedures as may be necessary to purchase and receive goods and services. Unless otherwise provided by the city council or otherwise mutually agreed upon, payment for all city goods and services shall be due at the time of delivery. Terms for goods or services not paid in full at the time of delivery shall be net 30 days from the time of invoicing.
