§ 2-89. Regular meetings.

All regular city council meetings and meetings of any committees shall be public. The council shall provide reasonable opportunity for the public to be heard at regular and special meetings. All regular meetings of the council shall be held at the city hall conference room. The council shall meet at least once every month.
