§ 2-208. Employment of councilmembers and elected officials.

City councilmembers may be employed by the city. An elected official may receive compensation for services to the municipality in addition to the compensation received for services as an elected official; provided, however that nothing in this section alters or modifies in anyway any conflict of interest law.
