§ 32-123. Salaried employees.

Certain categories of employees, whose positions and responsibilities preclude normally scheduled tours of duty or hours of employment will be classed under monthly or yearly salary. Such employees will be paid at a pro rata basis biweekly and shall accrue annual and sick leave at the same rate as other employees. Salaries will be computed to compensate for irregular hours and scope of duties. Salaried employees will not be eligible for overtime or holiday pay.
