Overtime appearing on such timesheets shall be paid on the same pay day of recorded.

    (e)

For general government employees, the hourly rate for overtime on a regular workday or a Saturday shall be 1½ times the regular hourly rate. The hourly rate for overtime on a holiday that falls on a scheduled workday, for holiday hours beyond eight hours on a regular workday, and for Sundays that are not scheduled workdays shall be two times the regular hourly rate. The hourly rate for holidays that are not scheduled workdays shall be 2½ times the regular hourly rate.
